The CE-certified ThermoWhite® loose-fill insulation balances out pipe runs seamlessly and reduces impact sound by up to 32 dB. Thanks to PLC-controlled MixMobil technology, 150-meter hose routing, and the "Speed Up" component, the highly load-bearing floor build-up is ready for covering after just 12 to 24 hours.
Why is ThermoWhite® loose-fill insulation ideal for floor construction? The CE-certified ThermoWhite® WD series eliminates thermal and sound bridges completely. The seamless insulation system adapts precisely to complex pipe layouts and variable installation heights on the structural slab.
Compared directly with conventional board systems, the loose-fill solution offers guaranteed impact sound improvement of up to 32 dB. It is suitable as a base for every application, from attic floors to pool backfills.
How does the MixMobil principle accelerate construction sites? The PLC-controlled MixMobil system guarantees absolute recipe consistency of WD products directly on site. Clean hose routing allows the material to be pumped flexibly over distances of up to 150 meters.
By adding the "Speed Up" component, the insulation system is ready for covering after 12 to 24 hours. The system provides architects, planners, and screed installers with high execution quality while drastically reducing setup times.
